Reviews of the movie that depicts a group of rogue Vermont State Police are not good, registering only a 34-percent favorability rating on the film-review-aggregating website Rotten Tomatoes and drawing the site’s dreaded green *splat* that signifies a dud. The audience score, though, is almost twice as high – high being the optimum word for a film with numerous drug references that was released on 4/20 – at 64 percent.
